Does eMMc sell contact lists?
eMMc is a strong supporter of responsible eMail use and permission-based eMail marketing. We do not sell contact lists or take contact information from our clients lists.
How do I manage new subscribers?

In addition, you can run multiple campaigns and maintain multiple databases if you need to keep things separate. You can segment lists according to interests, job titles, company names or any of the attributes held in your database. There is no limit to the number or size of contact lists you can store in your account and you can use any list for any campaign as many times as you like.
My contact databases contain duplicates. Can eMMc clean up my contacts?
eMMc's List Manager feature will automatically remove duplicate eMail addresses within a single database, but allows you to keep the same person within multiple databases. Each time you send a flyer, eMMc also tracks the eMail addresses that bounce or unsubscribe and will clean up your contact database using this information automatically.
How do I pay for your service?

How long does it take to send my campaign to all my recipients?
There are lots of variables involved in sending bulk mail. Generally your campaign will complete the first run through in 24 hours from the time it was kicked off. This can be longer during peek times due to eMail traffic on the internet.
Why does my flyer have to be converted to HTML format?
eMMc actually sends every eMail campaign in both Text and HTML format. Additionally, we add a hyperlink to the top of the page linking to the hosted flyer on our server for those individuals who cannot read HTML in their eMail Client. HTML is thought of as a more appealing format for sending marketing materials this has become the standard throughout the industry.
Why do I have to have my physical address and contact information on the flyer?
It is required by CAN-Spam regulations that the physical address of the sender is located clearly on the email. In addition the phone number and a valid eMail address must be used in the FROM field.
How long after my campaign is send will you continue to try to deliver to "bounced" recipients? Depending on the reason for the "bounce" we will continue to deliver to the receipient for 5 days. If the eMail returns a "hard bounce" (mailbox does not exist, sender blocked) we will immediately mark that receipient as "bounced" and stop sending.
